En cumplimiento de la <\/span>Ley 27.499, \u201cLey Micaela\u201d<\/b>, que establece la obligatoriedad del Estado en garantizar la capacitaci\u00f3n de sus trabajadores que desempe\u00f1en la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en todos sus niveles y jerarqu\u00edas en criterios vinculados a la tem\u00e1tica de G\u00e9nero y violencia hacia las mujeres, la Unidad de Derechos Humanos del Consejo de la Magistratura pone a disposici\u00f3n <\/span>el \u201cTaller de Acceso a la Justicia y G\u00e9nero<\/i>\u201d.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Este curso fue dise\u00f1ado por la Oficina de la Mujer de la CSJN y certificado por el Ministerio de las Mujeres, G\u00e9neros y Diversidad. Es una capacitaci\u00f3n virtual y asincr\u00f3nica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

El tiempo promedio del taller completo es de 40 horas de duraci\u00f3n. Para su realizaci\u00f3n es necesario tener acceso a internet, preferentemente desde computadora, notebook o tablet (no se requiere el uso de c\u00e1mara ni micr\u00f3fono).<\/span><\/p>\n
