Dicha capacitaci\u00f3n se enmarca en el cumplimiento de la Ley n.\u00b0 27.499, conocida como \u201cLey Micaela\u201d. Estas jornadas de formaci\u00f3n presenciales, dise\u00f1adas para el personal POM, consisten en una adaptaci\u00f3n de los talleres destinados al personal administrativo, con una duraci\u00f3n total de 40 horas. Se destaca la importancia del trabajo presencial en equipo, que facilita la interacci\u00f3n directa entre los participantes.<br>Durante el a\u00f1o 2024, las jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n presencial sobre g\u00e9nero han logrado una notable sensibilizaci\u00f3n en el personal participante.
