CM 211\/25). La decisi\u00f3n se adopta en el marco de las resoluciones CM 226\/02 y 245\/07, y en cumplimiento del art\u00edculo 9\u00b0 de la Ley 24.390.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se resolvi\u00f3 remitir copia del informe a la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, al Poder Ejecutivo Nacional \u2014a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Justicia\u2014, al Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n, a la Procuraci\u00f3n Penitenciaria de la Naci\u00f3n y a la Defensor\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n. Asimismo, se encomend\u00f3 a la Oficina de Prensa la amplia difusi\u00f3n del documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Registro de Prisiones Preventivas permite monitorear la aplicaci\u00f3n de esta medida cautelar y aporta informaci\u00f3n para mejorar pr\u00e1cticas judiciales y fortalecer garant\u00edas procesales.
