extraordinario en el TOF de Paran\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El Tribunal Oral Federal en lo Criminal de Paran\u00e1&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.consejomagistratura.gov.ar\/images\/stories\/2018-2022\/2020\/09-02parana.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dispuso por Presidencia<\/a>&nbsp;un receso extraordinario por razones de emergencia sanitaria desde el martes 1\u00ba de septiembre hasta el domingo 20 de septiembre, ambos inclusive, de conformidad con el DNU 714\/2020 y el marco normativo establecido por el Decreto N\u00ba1376\/20 GOB, del Gobierno de la Provincia de Entre R\u00edos del d\u00eda de la fecha, durante el cual NO QUEDAN SUSPENDIDOS LOS PLAZOS PROCESALES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Como expresa el mismo documento, la decisi\u00f3n obedece a la delicada situaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica en relaci\u00f3n a la pandemia Covid-19 (coronavirus), por la que atraviesa la regi\u00f3n donde tiene asiento el Tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El horario de atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico del Tribunal ser\u00e1 de lunes a viernes de 9 a 13 horas, durante el cual los tres jueces integrantes del Tribunal atender\u00e1n en sus respectivos despachos de forma presencial y\/o mediante teletrabajo, al igual que los Secretarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El personal prestar\u00e1 servicio prioritariamente mediante teletrabajo, con tareas presenciales seg\u00fan un cronograma de
